IIGO is a leading manufacturer of innovative high performance bituminous waterproofing membranes, which are used in new construction and renovation projects.

IIGO S.r.l. was established in Italy in 1999 with the aim of manufacturing “double-reinforced” bituminous roofing membranes under the brand name BIIG^®, and to provide quality products and innovative roofing solutions.

Along with our partners, now with a combined total of in excess of 50 years of experience in the manufacturing process, the Company has successfully grown market share with the proven BIIG^®, Mastergold and Rapid brands which are highly regarded throughout Europe.

The membranes are typically used in the following situations:

• Multi-layer roofing systems
• Single-layer roofing systems
• Overlays onto existing bituminous roofing systems
• Car park and bridge deck waterproofing
• Green roofs

The range of products comprises APP and SBS polymer modified cap sheets, with a life expectancy in excess of 30 years, vapour control layers and under layers, with various methods of application including torch-on, thermo-adhesive, self-adhesive, as well as mechanical fastenings with heat welded laps. IIGO products are distinguished by three brand names reflecting their quality, reinforcement, compound and application type.

IIGO products are exclusively available via authorised distributors in various countries throughout Europe. Extensive technical support is available from both IIGO and our distributors. Depending on product choice, specification, and country, insurance backed warranties may be available.

IIGO’s administrative base is in Terni, with products manufactured on three state of the art high-tech production lines in a modern factory near Verona, which is operated and maintained by a highly skilled workforce. The Company meets all internationally recognized standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001. IIGO products are certified by recognized third party accreditation institutions in the various countries in which the products are used, such as SGS, KIWA, BBA, SINTEF, ETA, MFPA, SP/SITAC and VTT.
